以后

以后会有一份怎么样的工作呢?朝九晚五?
以后月薪会有多少呢?日子会不会比现在好过?
以后会买一辆怎么样的车子呢?要高一点的,不要像矮矮的wira了。
以后禧的工作会有怎么样的变化呢?越来越忙,越来越多应酬,越来越大的压力?
以后我(我们)会有一间怎么样的房子呢?公寓?排屋?还是廉价组屋?
以后家里会不会养宠物呢?小狗?兔子?鱼?乌龟?总之肯定不会是鼠类。
以后会定居在哪里呢?还是在吉隆坡?槟城?东马?还是在大马以外?
以后会不会学好一口流利的福建话呢?还是法国话?
以后会不会比现在更胖呢?现在已经比以前胖了,而且瘦不下来。
以后还会不会偶尔跟中、大学的朋友吃吃饭、聚一聚呢?
以后是不是就一定会被人家叫“auntie”呢?可能很快就会发生了。
以后还会不会这样有空就写写部落格呢?还是每天都会无天无日地忙?

以后?谁知道。

CNY dinner@Tokyo G Sunway Pyramid

There is a CNY custom among Szee and I. Due to the overcrowding in the Chinese restaurants, this year we picked a Japanese restaurant. I never been to Sushi Groove, now it becomes Tokyo G. And now only I paid my first visit at their branch in Sunway Pyramid.

It has a special ambiance that differs from other typical Japanese restaurant. Dimmed, funky, modern. Szee with his new glasses. This time all the photos were taken using his new phone Nokia 5730.

See? Japanese restaurants also have promotions for CNY.
The set is inclusive of 2 chawanmushi, 2 miso soups, 2 ocha, 1 salmon salad, 3 main dishes (10 choices of their best-selling items) and 1 dessert. The choices of main dish is not limited to their signature sushi rolls only, but there are also Salmon Garlic Fried Rice and Curry Bibimbap for rice lovers, or pastas for those who opt for fusion of Western and Japanese food.

I was impressed! The food served was almost exactly the same as what was shown in the menu. Like it! Unlike many other restaurants which just show nice photos for illustration purposes only, feel being cheated when the food was served.

This year I lou sang twice, but none of them were proper yee sang. With BMC members we lou bibimbap, while with dear we lou pasta. We have enough creativity.

I was surprised to see clams(lala) in our miso soups. Haha.

Their chawanmushi was superb. We enjoyed it very much and that's why I forgot to take a picture of it.

Lots of food. For the price of RM59.90, the set is worth for money, but I won't recommended for those who could not eat much. Quality of the food? Here are my personal comments:
Tokyo G-carbonara: Mussels were not very big in size, but they were fresh. Usually I don't really like shitake mushrooms, but they tasted nice with the carbonara sauce.
Fusion Dragon: This recipe is a real fusion. Beef and mango slices, shrimp tempura and chili padi. Yes, chili padi! There was a 'spicy' sign in the menu to warn you before you order. Szee didn't like the fusion. While for me, it was unique rather than tasty. Hot-flavoured beef and mango sushi, plus the crunchiness of the tempura, it was a unique sensation indeed.
IUnagi Roll: I knew it was topped with unagi, but I wonder what's in the roll! I am not an expert but I think I could tell the unagi was of good quality. The filling in the sushi roll looked like crab stick, but tasted like soft shell crab. I could sense something crunchy inside!

We had Mango Ice Cream Tempura for dessert.
So-so only. No comment on the dessert.

Generally it was a nice dining experience. It was weird to hear waitresses in Japanese restaurant speaking in Malay, but they were attentive and polite. So a plus point for them.

过年咯~

过年咯~

年二九从茨厂街招回来的财神爷。

年三十,妈忙着拜拜。我和哥帮忙。
年糕是一定有的。还有一只白斩鸡、烧肉、鱼、炒杂菜、生菜等等...可是感觉上像不必以前的丰富。

再看清楚一点...没办法中的办法咯。妈说东西不够,叫我们去KFC打包。还吩咐我要买original recipe的。我问为什么不可以买Hot&Spicy的?妈说因为是要拜大伯公的。我不敢再多问了。也许大伯公不吃辣吧。

KFC 的 Shrimp Hearties
有种上当的感觉。KFC为了配合农历新年+情人节推出的新产品。谁知道...你看看形状,跟他们在广告里说的心型像吗?而且大小就像普通nugget一样,卖得好贵哦。重点是...不好吃!我们还以为会和Popeyes的炸虾差不多。里面当然看不见完整的虾只,只有剁烂烂的‘虾酱’,没有鲜甜,没有口感。更糟的是,还有一股很重的香料味,格格不入。我从小就不是KFC的fans,都说了不要支持的啦。

年初一,回在高渊的外婆家。幸好外婆家也有了Astro,连续看了几部戏。
年初二,天气太热了。下午到槟城去走走。Queensbay Mall 里很多店还在休假。
年初三,禧从双溪大年驾车来高渊。坐了一下,但阿姨们还没来得及面试我们就走了。哈哈。
到禧家,可惜他妈妈不在,不然可以一起吃饭。没办法咯,他大舅和三姨突然出事,谁也不想。
年初四,原来前一晚飞进屋子里的麻雀是有事通知我们的。一大早就爆了水喉,我们惟有提早回高渊。午餐带禧吃当地驰名的菜皈。下午回吉隆坡,塞车但还不算太严重。
年初五,禧和哥都开工咯。

放假的感觉真好。几年大学生活里,我的假期不多。Sem break时我不是做工,就是在忙final year project。现在毕业后才来感受感受放假的气息。初五上班时间路上没有车,真爽。银行里根本没人排队,真爽。可以没有牵挂地开车,不必赶时间。跟朋友聚聚,拜拜年,聊聊天。好像一年只见一次,真是惭愧。可是很开心。

今天,睡觉、拜年。明早,拜年。下午,探望禧的大舅和三姨。希望他们早日康复。

过后?开工咯。显~

Woohoo~

上星期总算看了《大日子Woohoo!》。相信很多人都已经到戏院去看了。一直full house的一部片子,连续几天上网预订、预购都不成。结果星期二哥到戏院去排队,才买到星期四的票。而且五张票并不是连在一起的座位。这么夸张?难得那么多人支持本地制作,是好事!

整部戏算是蛮满意的。只是觉得结局有点怪怪。但禧认为结局很好啊,没问题。
之后上这电影的官方网站,看看了大部分人的评语及投票,才发现自己的想法真的比较不一样。

多数人认为,最感人的一幕是当Rain等人要离开村子时,发现小枕头里有硬币。有不少人看到这一幕忍不住在戏院里洒泪。相比之下,阿炳跟父母说他被炒鱿鱼时的那一幕更是令我有所感触。我没哭,但真的能够感觉到心里一阵寒。冷酷的现实。

“钱钱钱...KL来的人只会讲钱...”
KL人,真的给人如此见钱眼开的印象吗?我不赞同,也许因为我是KL人,也可能因为我身边有许多实实在在的例子,能够破攻这种说法。

很多人喜欢陈志康(Rain)在戏里的演出。但我比较喜欢杨佳贤(阿发)。从他以前当MyFM的DJ,到他主持Astro的《贤途有你》,都很喜欢他。这部戏里他傻乎乎的很可爱,可是我和Mindy一样接受不了他的“顺便啦、顺路啦”。C'mon, be a man okayyyy?

总的来说,我认为这是一部不错的本地制作。喜欢这部戏把马来西亚拍得很漂亮。不单单是在米昔拉村的景色而已,还有城市、小镇,都很有味道。

本地圈,再接再厉!

老板讲话我吃面。Seapark curry laksa.

今天老板在跟大家说话时,刚好禧打电话来,说他十分钟之内就会到。
当老板还在跟大家说话时,我就以迅雷不及掩耳之势,拿着头盔溜出去了。该没察觉到吧??

过瘾。

禧迫不及待地领取订了的新电话。

午餐?总算吃到了好久好久以前就在找的一档咖喱面。Seapark 的 Sisters curry laksa,我们真的找了很久,到最后我放弃了。直到上星期禧的同事带他去吃后,我才知道为什么我们找了那么久都找不到。因为我们都是在晚餐时间找!原来她们是卖午市的!

虽然不像SS14的会带酸,但咖喱不会太浓,所以吃了不觉得腻。滑鸡真的很滑!而且喜欢她把鸡肉切成一条条,吃起来刚刚好。不喜欢大大块的鸡肉。
我不吃鸡皮,所以下次来不要叫果条。因为鸡皮大小和颜色都跟果条很相似!很难分!

昨天刚下机,今天就得工作的话就是这幅猫脸。我上两个星期也是如此。
回到办公室,老板的话还没说完。

新年来咯~

要过年了~

这个周末主要是忙着办年货。

今年不同的是还和禧到菜市场去买海产和腊味。

大概是月底大家领了薪又拿了花红,各个商场附近都塞车,家家男女老少全出动,一起来凑凑这农历新年的热闹。走了几个商场,最喜欢的主题还是1U的。我不喜欢猫,可是他们把这些招财猫打扮得真是贵气,还有美人痣呢。呵呵呵。

妈来敲门了。又要出门去买年货。不写了,拜~
